This clip is taken from youtube, its another manager explaining how to defend as a team.
He talks about crowding your own half with players, cutting off the passing channels and how the whole team including the strikers are involved in winning the ball back.
Defending like this makes the other teams defenders come forward and then, when we win the ball we have lots of space in their half to play in. If we leave one or two strikers up the field their defenders don't come forward and we don't have any space in their half to play in.
